No shipping labels, no drop-off counter. Here's what happens from the first call to getting your machine back.
Tell us what's going on. We'll give you an honest read on whether it's worth fixing before anyone shows up.
We come to your home or office and try to resolve it right there — a lot of issues don't need the machine to leave your sight.
If it needs a bench — a board swap, a deep data recovery — we take it to the office and keep you posted, usually 24–48 hours.
Before we call it done, we test it with you — not just handed back and hoped for.
What we handle
Most calls fall into one of these. If yours doesn't, call anyway — chances are we've seen it.
Slow machines, won't-boot machines, viruses, failing hardware, upgrades. Desktops and laptops, most brands.
Ongoing remote and on-site support for small offices — the person you call instead of guessing.
Drive won't mount, partition table's gone, files disappeared. We'll tell you straight if it's recoverable before charging you anything.
Occasionally have solid refurbished desktops and laptops ready to go. Call to ask what's currently available.

Background is in IT support and computer retail, with hands-on repair and data recovery experience across desktops, laptops, and small office networks. If a job is outside what we can do well, we'll say so and point you the right way instead of taking your money.
