We'll tell you straight if it's recoverable before charging you anything.
A drive that won't mount, a partition table that's gone, or a folder that vanished is a bad afternoon. It's not automatically a $1,200 lab job.
Green's Computers looks at the drive first and tells you whether a recovery is realistic. If it isn't, we say so. If we attempt it and get nothing useful, you are not paying for a miracle we didn't perform.
Photos, tax files, QuickBooks, the only copy of a thesis — say what matters most so we don't waste time on a Downloads folder.
This is one of the cases where the machine often comes to the bench. You'll get ticket updates instead of having to chase us.
