Tickets and contact forms exist so we can repair your machine and get back to you. Name, email, phone, address (if you want an on-site visit), and what you tell us about the problem are stored in this shop system.

We don't sell that information. Attachments you upload are for diagnosis. Staff notes on a ticket stay internal.

If you want a ticket closed and personal details removed after a job, email frank@greenscomputers.com and say so.

This site may log basic technical data (time, page, browser) to keep the desk running and to see which pages help people. No advertising pixels are required for the shop to work.
