Remote — software, email, Wi-Fi, a lot of Windows messes. Fastest when the machine still boots.

On-site — the default for Berwick-area jobs. We try to finish it in front of you.

Shop / bench — screens, boards, deep data recovery, jobs that need parts and time. Typical turnaround once it's in hand is 24–48 hours. Status shows on your ticket.
